Mission and Vision
Tucson Area Pickleball (TAP) was organized to promote the development of the amateur sport of pickleball for the recreation and health of residents in the greater Tucson, Arizona area. TAP is a 501(c)(4) Arizona nonprofit corporation which receives substantial revenues from a combination of contributions, membership fees, and gross receipts from activities that further its exempt purpose.
TAP will continue to provide the infrastructure for the development of the sport through promulgation of official rules, sponsoring and sanctioning tournaments and clinics, communicating with its members via e-mail and newsletters, training of all levels of players, and otherwise promoting pickleball.
