The University of Arizona Cancer Center’s Skin Cancer Institute hosts its second annual Pickleball Social — an afternoon of social round robin play that raises money to prevent and cure skin cancer.

Tucson Area Pickleball is helping spread the word. This is not a TAP event, and TAP is not handling registration or collecting any money for it.

Format: Social round robin tournament
Cost: $40 per person, food and beverages included

Tickets: Must be purchased in advance — there is no sign-up at the door

We play outdoors nearly year round in Tucson, often in the middle of the day. The Skin Cancer Institute works on prevention, early detection, research and community outreach, and most of what it does is aimed at people who spend their lives outside.
